Overview
At Ace Sporting Goods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns as outlined below. Please note that we do not provide any warranty on products sold through our store. All warranty-related concerns should be directed to the product manufacturer.
Delivery Timeline
Inside Dhaka
3–5 business days after dispatch
Outside Dhaka
5–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Delays may occur during public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging
- Items showing signs of use, customer-caused damage, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return
- Sale and discounted items are eligible for return unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase
How to Request a Return
- Contact us via our Contact Us page or email acesportgood@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
- Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team
- Share the tracking number of the return shipment with us after dispatch
Return Shipping Costs
When returning an item, the customer is responsible for the delivery charge to send the item back to us only. No restocking fees or additional charges apply. The original ৳100 shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- For bKash, Nagad, or Rocket payments, refunds will be credited back to the same mobile wallet used for payment
- The original shipping fee of ৳100 is non-refundable
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping in such cases.
No Warranty
Ace Sporting Goods does not provide any product warranty. All products are sold as-is, subject to the return policy above.
