• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate; however, we do not warrant that all information is entirely error-free

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing via SSLCommerz, our authorised payment gateway
• We accept payment via major debit/credit cards, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other methods supported by SSLCommerz
• A flat shipping fee of ৳100 applies to all orders within Bangladesh
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information; we are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by you
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless our team approves the request before dispatch

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery within Dhaka typically takes 3–5 business days
• Delivery outside Dhaka typically takes 5–10 business days
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions, public holidays, or natural events
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage to packages after they have been handed to the courier

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return delivery charge only.
